Was nominated by peers as the Founder Chairman of Goa Association of Realtors in 2015, served two terms as President n two in total as Chairman where upon after stepping down from the Chairman post, was nominated as the Chairman Emeritus of Goa Association of Realtors in 2024.
Served in The National Association of Realtors India, as a GB member from Feb, 2016 till 2023 after which becamethe President-Elect, served in various other posttions including as the Zonal Head of the West Zone 2021-2022, followed as Vice President 2022-23, followed by a year as the President-Elect 2023-24, and currently serving as the President since 28th Feb 2024.

Am a RICS alumni having successful completed an RICS Executive Leadership Course in Real Estate Management, and also have successfully completed the Certified Residential Specialist course of the Residential Real Estate Council, US.
